Half-Time Report: Osasuna frustrating Barcelona at El Sadar

Osasuna and Barcelona are yet to break the deadlock at the Estadio El Sadar.

It remains goalless between Osasuna and Barcelona after the first half at the Estadio El Sadar.

The visitors dominated possession in the opening 45 minutes but struggled to break down a solid defensive unit, leaving Andres Fernandez with little to do in the Osasuna goal.

Andres Iniesta was the only man to work him with a shot from just outside the box on 20 minutes.

Neymark felt that he should have had a penalty five minutes earlier when he went down under the challenge of Marc Bertran, but the referee was not interested.

Barca threatened down the right with Martin Montoya nearly finding Cesc Fabregas at the near post, but the Spanish midfielder flung an arm at the ball in a last-ditch attempt to make contact. He was booked for the action despite protesting that he was pushed.

Marc Bartra was left completely unmarked from a corner minutes before the break, but he ballooned his header well over the bar.
