Di Natale gave Udinese the lead in the second half after latching onto a pass from Dusan Basta.

Cyril Thereau and Bostjan Cesar came close to equalising for the visitors, but Fernandes doubled Udinese's lead when he slotted past Chievo keeper Christian Puggioni from close range.

Fernandes then turned provider five minutes from time when he set up Agyemang-Badu to seal the points for Udinese.
