Team News: Edinson Cavani gets first Paris Saint-Germain start

Edinson Cavani and Zlatan Ibrahimovic both start for Paris Saint-Germain as they take on Ajaccio at the Parc des Princes this evening.

Edinson Cavani has been handed his first start in Ligue 1 as Paris Saint-Germain look to register their maiden win of the campaign at home to Ajaccio.

The Uruguayan striker - signed from Napoli for £54m - came off the bench to help Les Parisiens rescue a point at Montpellier HSC last week, but will start in the same team as Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the Parc des Princes this evening.

Thiago Motta has recovered from a calf problem to be named in midfield alongside Blaise Matuidi, while the burden of attacking creativity is expected to fall on Javier Pastore and Lucas Moura.

Meanwhile, former Premier League players Ronald Zubar and Adrian Mutu are selected in Fabrizio Ravanelli's lineup.

PSG: Sirigu, Silva, Alex, Maxwell, Jallet, Motta, Matuidi, Pastore, Lucas, Cavani, Ibrahimovic

Ajaccio: Ochoa, Perozo, Zubar, Bonnart, Nadeau, Pierazzi, Mostefa, Lasne, Pedretti, Mutu, Diarra
