Liverpool 'agree deal for Anderson Arroyo'

Liverpool reportedly agree terms to sign 18-year-old Colombian full-back Anderson Arroyo, who previously had a trail with the club.

Liverpool have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Colombian left-back Anderson Arroyo from Independiente del Valle.

The 18-year-old has previously undergone a trial with the Premier League club, and they have continued to monitor his progress before making an official move.

World Football Index reports that the youngster has now agreed terms with Liverpool, having also featured for his club's Under-18 side so far this season.

Arroyo is likely to be loaned out immediately in order to gain experience and give him a better chance of securing a work permit.

The defender has already represented Colombia's Under-20 side and could join Segunda Division side Mallorca on loan initially, having also had a trial with the Spanish outfit in the past.
