Manchester United consider a move for Bordeaux defender Pablo, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Bordeaux defender Pablo.

United boss Jose Mourinho was unable to bring a new centre-back to Old Trafford during the summer transfer window, but the 20-time English champions could be active in the winter market.

According to Fox Sports, Bordeaux's Pablo has emerged as a potential target for United, with the 27-year-old drawing a host of admiring glances for his performances this season.

The South American joined Bordeaux from Brazilian outfit Ponte Preta in 2015, and he has made 57 appearances for his French club in all competitions.

This term, Pablo has scored once in 13 Ligue 1 appearances.
