Thomas Muller 'annoyed' by defeat

Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller says that the German club's elimination in the Champions League semi-finals has left him 'very annoyed'.

Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller has revealed his frustration after his side were eliminated in the semi-finals of the Champions League.

The German champions were 3-2 winners in the second leg against Barcelona on Tuesday, but departed the competition 5-3 on aggregate.

Muller, who scored Bayern's third in Munich, has criticised his team's defending at the Allianz.

"We've made two mistakes in defence and been wasteful ourselves. That's very annoying," Muller, who was substituted in both legs, told UEFA.com.

Bayern were also eliminated in the semi-finals of the Champions League last season.
