Bas Dost continues to lead the line for top-four chasing Wolfsburg at home to Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.

Wolfsburg striker Bas Dost has started his second game in a row for his side, which is their home clash against Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.

He leads the line ahead of Kevin de Bruyne and the reinstated Ivan Perisic on the left-hand side. Slobodan Medojevic and Luiz Gustavo continue their midfield partnership.

For the visiting Leverkusen, Emre Can comes out of the lineup with Jens Hegeler starting on the flank. Sebastian Boenisch is restored at left-back.
