Leeds United striker Ross McCormack has signed a new three-year deal at the Championship club.
The 26-year-old had one year remaining on his current contract and he was delighted to extend his stay at Elland Road before the start of the new season.
McCormack told the club's website: "It's perfect timing with the first league game of the season on Saturday.
"We have got a good squad of players here and there may be a couple more to come in too, so we are looking to do well."
McCormack has scored 20 goals in 66 league matches for Leeds.
