Brest have come from behind to defeat Valenciennes 2-1 at home in Ligue 1.
The visitors took the lead as early as the 11th minute when released by Anthony Le Tallec, Mathieu Dossevi shot home with his left foot from close range.
The hosts left until the 62nd minute to equalise, as Jonathan Ayite fired in from the centre of the Valenciennes penalty box.
The visitors were reduced to 10 men in the 75th minute when Carlos Do Nascimento Silva brought down Eden Ben Basat inside the area and was sent off.
Basat made no mistake from the subsequent penalty, slamming in past Nicolas Penneteau, as Brest eventually grabbed maximum points.
