Britain's Laura Robson fell short in the first round of Wimbledon this afternoon as she was defeated 6-4 6-4 by Evgeniya Rodina.
In a match that came in at just under two hours, Robson might have felt a little disappointed having surrendered a total of six double faults across the two sets.
Rodina took the first set comfortably at 6-4, as Robson made too many unforced errors.
The second and final encounter was marred with much the same inefficiency from Britain's Robson, who registered 20 unforced mistakes overall to gift her opponent a comfortable win.
