Marin Cilic has been knocked out of the Aegon Championships at Queen's following a 7-6(8) 2-6 3-6 defeat to Viktor Troicki.
Both players took the opening set to a tie-break, and following a number of broken serves, the Croatian just edged his opponent 10-8.
The second set saw the 29-year-old Serbian cruise to a 6-2 win as Cilic broke serve twice, and despite a hard-fought third and final set, the world number nine was ultimately vanquished.
The result means that Troicki advances to the quarter-finals of the competition, where he will meet John Isner.
