Sean Lamont calls on Scotland to become more physical in their final autumn Test against Tonga on Saturday.

Scotland winger Sean Lamont believes that the team need to up their physicality if they are to secure victory in their final autumn Test against Tonga.

The Glasgow star will be part of the side that takes to the field on Saturday and he has admitted his "frustration" at their recent performances.

"Frustration is the main thing. We are doing well in certain areas but we are just not getting the balance in defence," he told reporters.

"We are getting in people in the right place to make the tackles but we are just not hitting them hard, dropping them down and knocking them over."

The 31-year-old has made 70 appearances for his country.
