Michail Antonio signs new West Ham United deal until 2020

West Ham United winger Michail Antonio pens a new contract at the Olympic Stadium until 2020.

West Ham United winger Michail Antonio has signed a new contract at the Premier League club until 2020.

The 26-year-old enjoyed an impressive first season with the East London outfit after joining from Nottingham Forest for £7m last summer, scoring 13 times in 37 appearances.

Antonio told the official Hammers website: "I am delighted to have signed a new contract. I am happy that the manager and the chairman have showed their belief in me to give me a new deal.

"I have always believed in my own ability and when I am given the opportunity I will take it and hopefully I have showed that.

"I had to be patient when I first arrived, but once I got the chance I never looked back and hopefully I can now push on and do even better than what I did last season."

Antonio has been tipped by West Ham boss Slaven Bilic to make his England breakthrough in the next few years.
