Manchester United will reportedly not be moving for either Aston Villa attacker Jack Grealish or RB Leipzig's Dayot Upamecano during this summer's transfer window.
Grealish has been strongly linked with a switch to Old Trafford in recent months, while Upamecano is believed to have emerged as a defensive target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side over the last few weeks.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Villa's survival in the Premier League made Grealish 'too expensive', leading to United completing a deal for Ajax's Donny van de Beek.
The report claims that the Red Devils have 'extensively scouted' Upamecano, meanwhile, but will also not be moving for the Frenchman before the transfer deadline at the start of October.
The 20-time English champions are still said to be keen on signing a new central defender in the current market, though, while Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho remains the club's number one target.
United, who lost to Sevilla in the Europa League semi-finals towards the end of last season, will open their 2020-21 Premier League campaign at home to Crystal Palace on September 19.
