Manchester City's Roberto Mancini aims to mirror Manchester United

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini thinks that his team need to adopt the same "mentality" as rivals Manchester United.

Roberto Mancini has called on his Manchester City team to adapt their game to the style of rivals Manchester United.

The North West side, who have scored 15 goals in their opening four Premier League matches, are currently on the same points as the Red Devils.

Despite the Blues' 100% record, the Italian boss believes that his team can emulate the success of Sir Alex Ferguson's side.

"Man United are a top team, they have been used to winning for a long time," sportinglife.com quotes Mancini as saying. "They have strong players.

"When they played against Arsenal, when they scored two or three goals, they continued trying to score. We need to have this mentality."

City are hoping to continue their winning run with an away fixture against Fulham on Sunday, while their Manchester rivals take on Chelsea at Old Trafford.
