Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has said that he is "prepared" for a big week as his side take on Augsburg and Manchester City in the space of four days.
The Reds welcome Augsburg to Anfield for the second leg of their Europa League last-32 tie on Thursday, with the contest locked at 0-0 following a stalemate in last week's first leg.
Jurgen Klopp's side also have a League Cup final against Man City coming up on Sunday, and the fit-again Sturridge has outlined his desire to help Liverpool to success on both fronts.
"It's been a difficult time being injured but it's part of football and I'm looking forward to the future with Liverpool," he told reporters.
"It's important for the collective to be ready for two big games. We're prepared and hopefully we can get the job done.
"I'm very ambitious, very determined to help Liverpool have success, and I want to be on the pitch playing every game."
Injuries have limited Sturridge to just nine appearances all season, from which he has scored five goals.
