Fulham take a 2-0 half-time lead against Norwich City after some poor defending from the away side.

Fulham have taken advantage of some sloppy Norwich City defending to take a comfortable 2-0 half-time lead.

The opening 15 minutes was an even affair, with both sides enjoying spells of possession and crosses into the box, although there was little danger from either team.

Andrew Surman managed the first shot on target, which was comfortably saved, before John Ruddy almost gifted Fulham a goal, but Bryan Ruiz could only chip wide.

Fulham were looking the more dangerous side as Mladen Petric found himself in space but Ruddy turned his shot wide.

Damien Duff was a constant threat and opened the scoring in the 25th minute, taking down a ball over the top from Alex Kacaniklic and poking past Ruddy.

It was 2-0 on 41 minutes, heading a free header over the line, despite an attempted clearance.
