Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has declared that working under Jurgen Klopp can turn him into a world-class forward.
Aubameyang joined Dortmund from Saint-Etienne this summer in an £11m move, helping Klopp fill the void left by Mario Gotze's switch to Bayern Munich.
The 24-year-old believes that playing in the Bundesliga will provide the perfect platform for improvement, while conceding that he needs time to adapt to life under Klopp in Germany.
He told Kicker: "I have to perform consistently and show that I am able to keep up in Germany.
"That's a process which can take some time, as we could see with Robert Lewandowski. It's up to me whether I'll be able to adapt more quickly.
"A striker at BVB is not allowed to stand up front all the time. Only by learning that, can I become a top player. That's why I have opted for Borussia Dortmund and Jurgen Klopp."
On his Bundesliga debut last weekend Aubameyang bagged a hat-trick, helping Dortmund claim maximum points in a 4-0 win at Augsburg.
