Birmingham City manager Lee Clark is reportedly interested in signing defender Tom Beugelsdijk.
Beugelsdijk has enjoyed a fine campaign in the Eredivise with ADO Den Haag, but with the 23-year-old being available on a Bosman, he is free to talk to other clubs.
According to the Birmingham Mail, Beugelsdijk has already held talks with the West Midlands side having travelled over to England with his agent, but it is unlikely that any transfer will be completed in the near future.
Birmingham, who only retained their Championship status on the final day of the season, are currently in negotiations regarding a potential takeover, leaving Clark uncertain about the kind of budget that he can operate on during the summer transfer window.
