Everton are reportedly on the verge of completing a deal for PSV Eindhoven defender Denzel Dumfries.
The 25-year-old scored four times and registered nine assists in 41 appearances for his Dutch club during the 2020-21 campaign, while he also impressed for the Netherlands at Euro 2020.
A number of clubs, including Bayern Munich and Inter Milan, have been credited with an interest in the full-back, who is believed to be valued by PSV in the region of €25m (£21.5m).
However, according to Sport Mediaset, the Dutchman will join Everton during this summer's transfer window, with the Toffees holding off competition from other clubs.
The report claims that Inter have now switched their attention to Arsenal's Hector Bellerin, as the Serie A side have accepted that they are behind the Premier League club in the race.
Dumfries has scored 16 times and registered 20 assists in 124 appearances for PSV since joining the Red and Whites from Heerenveen in 2018.
