Report: Diego Costa fit to face Barcelona

Diego Costa is reportedly passed fit for Atletico Madrid's Champions League quarter-final first leg against Barcelona this evening.

Atletico Madrid will reportedly have Diego Costa fit and available for tonight's Champions League quarter-final first leg against Barcelona at the Camp Nou.

It had previously been suggested that the Spanish international would miss the European tie with an unspecified injury that he picked up in training.

However, according to AS, the powerful forward will start alongside David Villa in attack.

Atletico boss Diego Simeone will be without the services of Raul Garcia, however, who is suspended.

The return leg takes place at the Vicente Calderon next week.
