Scottish Premiership roundup: Aberdeen drop points against Partick Thistle

Sports Mole rounds up Saturday's action in the Scottish Premiership as Aberdeen drop points in their pursuit of Celtic at the top of the table.

Aberdeen's hopes of catching Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership were dealt a blow as they were held to a goalless draw by Partick Thistle this afternoon.

Stephen Pearson grabbed an equaliser before half time and Lee Erwin scored a late winner.

Elsewhere, Inverness Caledonian Thistle dropped points with a 1-1 draw against Dundee and Raffaele de Vita scored the winner as Ross County defeated Dundee United 2-1.

Celtic beat St Mirren 2-0 on Friday night to increase their lead at the top of the table.
