Antonio Conte vows to help Tottenham Hotspur "until the very end" amid suggestions that he could leave the club in the near future.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has vowed to help the club "until the end" amid suggestions that his time in North London could almost be up.

Conte oversaw a fourth defeat from five Premier League matches at Burnley in midweek and hinted that he would be open to an exit from the club after the 1-0 loss at Turf Moor.

However, Spurs are reportedly expecting the Premier League and Serie A title winner to remain in North London, and Conte has now confirmed his stance after holding talks with chairman Daniel Levy.

Speaking to the press ahead of Saturday's Premier League battle with Leeds United, Conte said: "Yes I spoke to Daniel Levy. Our chairman knows very well that I'm here to help the club in every moment," as quoted by football.london.

"I will do that until the end. That's the reality and he knows that we're working hard. He has great consideration about our job and the job of my staff. I repeat I want to help the club with every aspect.

"He shows me great consideration every day and for this reason I'm committed for this club much more because I know the consideration for me is very high.

"The club confirmed to me that they know the reality. The club is very happy about my work and what we're doing with my staff, the change that we made in four months in the environment."

Conte also provided an injury update on Rodrigo Bentancur, Oliver Skipp and Japhet Tanganga ahead of the trip to Elland Road.
