Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino describes Harry Kane as "incredible" after the striker scored his 35th goal of the season in Sunday's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Mauricio Pochettino has described Harry Kane as "incredible" after the striker's late goal sealed a 1-0 victory for Tottenham Hotspur at Crystal Palace.

Spurs boasted over 75% possession at Selhurst Park but were goalless going into the latter stages of Sunday's encounter, until Kane headed home an 88th-minute winner.

Kane has now reached 35 goals for the North Londoners this season, as well as returning to the top of the Premier League goalscoring chart and notching up his 150th career club goal.

"It's important for him to keep going, and never get frustrated, so he's great for the team," Pochettino told reporters after the game.

"He's incredible, and he's achievements in this season, and the previous seasons too have been great. So congratulations to him for one more goal."

Kane netted 35 goals in 38 games in all competitions last term and has equalled that total in his 36th match of the 2017-18 campaign.
