Queens Park Rangers left-back Taye Taiwo is eager to remain at Loftus Road on a permanent basis.
The Nigeria international, who joined the club on loan from AC Milan last month, is expected to remain in London until the end of the season. However, the former Marseille man insists that he would rather remain with the Hoops long-term.
"The fans didn't believe in me in Italy but I'm happy here," he said, according to The Sun.
"QPR want to sign me on a permanent basis."
It is believed that Taiwo would cost Mark Hughes's side somewhere in the region of £4m.
