Joey Barton's move to Marseille is back on, according to reports.
The Queens Park Rangers midfielder's move to the French side looked to have stalled, but Rangers are prepared to offer Barton a free transfer to facilitate the switch, according to Sky Sports News.
Barton has three years left on his contract at Loftus Road, but has been stripped of the captaincy, fined six weeks' wages and was not given a squad number by manager Mark Hughes this season.
The former Newcastle United man is currently serving a 12-match ban after being found guilty of violent conduct towards Manchester City's Sergio Aguero on the final day of last season's Premier League.
