Zlatan Ibrahimovic rues missed chances

Zlatan Ibrahimovic bemoans Paris Saint-Germain's poor finishing in their 1-1 draw with Ajaccio on Sunday.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has admitted that Paris Saint-Germain's poor finishing cost them the chance to pick up all three points against Ajaccio on Sunday.

The Ligue 1 holders needed a late equaliser from Edinson Cavani to claim a point in their second league match, but the Swede is confident that their form will improve.

"I think we were dominant in this game, but we didn't score. We had a lot of opportunities, and to say that they were lucky, that the goalkeeper played a good game ... I think [it's the] opposite. When you have a lot of chances like this, you should score more," he told reporters at a press conference.

"I think Edi scored a fantastic goal today [but] we get only one point. We have to continue to work hard, to find our rhythm, to find our game, to do it better and, when we get opportunity to score, we should score. I think [Cavani] had a good game, he scored an amazing goal - his first game at home he scores.

"I can imagine how he feels because my first game I scored and it's a fantastic feeling. He will score even more goals, so I'm not worried about that. When the team plays even better, the strikers will do even better. It's a good start for him."

PSG currently sit 13th in Ligue 1.
