Hamilton Academical manager Alex Neil has said that he is 'not surprised' by his side's form, after seeing them beat Aberdeen 3-0 to stay top of the Scottish Premiership.
Since Hamilton's return to the top flight, the league leaders have overcome Celtic and a host of others to be four points clear, a feat that the manager expected.
"They don't really surprise me," Neil told Sky Sports News.
"I didn't really know how we would have fared in the Premiership but once I looked at the other teams and I knew what I had, I had confidence that we could do well.
"The teams that we're playing are really difficult, but fortunately for us we're in a rich vein of form, we're managing to score a lot of goals and we're not conceding."
Hamilton's next opponents are Dundee, who they will face next weekend on October 25.
