Crystal Palace extend their unbeaten run to seven games and move up to third in the Championship after holding Reading to a 0-0 draw at Selhurst Park.

Crystal Palace kept their fourth consecutive league clean sheet as they played out a 0-0 draw with Reading at Selhurst Park this afternoon.

The Eagles could have claimed outright third place in the Championship with a win but were largely dominated by the visiting Royals.

Kasper Gorkss had a late goal disallowed for Reading for an adjudged foul on Palace keeper Julian Speroni as the home side extended their unbeaten run to seven games.

Dougie Freedman's side move up one place to third and join a group of four teams that occupy the playoff spots on 24 points while Reading remain 15th.
