Tony Mowbray: 'Coventry City will keep attacking teams'

Coventry City boss Tony Mowbray insists that his team will continue to attack opponents after beginning their League One campaign with three successive wins.

Coventry City boss Tony Mowbray has admitted that he is looking to take advantage of the playing conditions during the opening weeks of the season.

The Sky Blues have scored nine goals on the way to three successive wins in League One, and Mowbray has insisted that his side will continue to play on the front foot in their upcoming fixtures.

The 51-year-old told BBC Coventry and Warwickshire: "We've got to try and win games by scoring goals and attacking.

"At the moment, while the pitches and the weather are good, we can play to the strengths of the team."

Coventry make the short trip to the Banks's Stadium to play Walsall on Saturday afternoon.
