Bayern Munich interested in Branislav Ivanovic?

Bayern Munich are considering launching a move for Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic, according to reports.

Bayern Munich have reportedly identified Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic as a potential transfer target ahead of the summer window.

Ivanovic has been in fine form for the Premier League leaders once again this season, but with just one year remaining on his current deal the Serbian's future at Stamford Bridge is uncertain.

According to The Express, Chelsea have tabled a one-year extension, which is their policy for players over the age of 30, but Ivanovic has not yet signed the contract.

The report claims that the current situation has alerted Bayern, who are considering launching a bid when the window reopens in July.

Paris Saint-Germain are also reported to be interested in Ivanovic.
