Former British number one John Lloyd has claimed that Andy Murray's triumph in the final at Queen's is the best possible preparation ahead of Wimbledon.
Murray clinched his third title at the tournament with a 5-7 7-5 6-3 victory over defending champion Marin Cilic on Sunday.
"It was a fabulous performance from Murray," Lloyd told BBC Sport. "He did not let Cilic breathe, applying the pressure and it told. He could not have asked for a better week's preparation ahead of Wimbledon."
Murray lost last year's Wimbledon final to Roger Federer in four sets.
