Stoke boss Tony Pulis feels that his side were unlucky to lose 2-0 to Swansea City.

Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has bemoaned his side's lack of fortune after their 2-0 defeat at Swansea City.

Goals from Scott Sinclair and Danny Graham sealed the points for the Welsh side, but Pulis thought that his team should at least have had a penalty at the Liberty Stadium.

"It really shows the fine line between success and failure," said Pulis. "Between their two goals, we looked the side who were more likely to get the next goal in the game and we had some good chances when luck wasn't on our side.

"We hit the woodwork twice and who knows what might have happened if one of those had gone in, while I also felt we should have had a penalty. The challenge on Jon Walters was as good as our forwards on the Fiji players in the Rugby World Cup."

The defeat has left the Potters in eight place in the Premier League table.
