Swansea City take all three points from their encounter with Stoke City at the Liberty Stadium this afternoon.

Goals from Scott Sinclair and Danny Graham handed all three points to Swansea City at the expense of Stoke City this afternoon.

Sinclair put the hosting Swans ahead after nine minutes from the penalty spot after Ryan Shawcross had upended Wayne Routledge inside the area.

Tony Pulis's Stoke searched for an equaliser after the break and went close when Glenn Whelan's free-kick struck the base of the post before rebounding to safety after 65 minutes.

Stoke continued to push for a route back into the game, but it was the home side that claimed the all important second goal. Graham was the scorer, shooting into the left hand corner of the goal from close range.
