Swansea City claimed their second point of the season after a goalless draw against Sunderland at the Liberty Stadium.

The hosts came close in the first-half when Scott Sinclair struck the crossbar from 25-yards.

Sunderland debutant John O'Shea almost put the visitors in front, but his header also came back off the bar.

Both sides continued to create chances, with City keeper Michel Vorm producing a number of saves.

Steve Bruce's side host Chelsea on Saturday, September 10, while Swansea face a trip to Arsenal.
