The funds will be used to pay for improvements to the Premier League club's training ground and pay for any outstanding transfer fees.
Liebherr has also given the club permission to reinvest transfer income from last summer in improving the squad.
This follows news that Liebherr loaned the club a further £29.1m in the 2013-14 period.
Liebherr installed herself as director following the departure of chairman Nicola Cortese in 2014.
