Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo has undergone surgery in a bid to resolve a shoulder injury picked up in training.
The Argentine defender dislocated his shoulder after a fall last week and played no part in the 0-0 draw with West Ham United nor the 3-2 loss to Wolfsburg in the Champions League last night.
Rojo was one of seven Man Utd players to miss the game in Germany as the Red Devils dropped out of the competition.
However, Rojo may return soon after writing on Instagram that the operation "was a success".
