Manchester City are reportedly planning to make a move for Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar in January.
According to a The Telegraph, City are preparing a deal to snare the Brazilian away from the Championship side in a move that would plunge Joe Hart's long-term future into doubt at the Etihad.
Cesar is keen to move away from Loftus Road having fallen behind Robert Green in the pecking order, and it is believed that QPR are willing to offload the high-earning keeper if a suitable offer is made.
Cesar also feels that staying with the R's will damage his chances of playing in next summer's World Cup in his homeland.
