Napoli manager Rafael Benitez is reportedly interested in signing Liverpool defender Glen Johnson and Manchester City midfielder James Milner.
The England internationals are both out of contract next summer and will be free to talk to foreign clubs about a possible transfer in January.
According to The Mirror, Napoli are keen on both players as they would not be forced to pay excessive transfer fees.
It is also claimed that Dynamo Moscow defender Chris Samba is another one of the January targets for the Naples outfit.
