Derby County's Pride Park renamed iPro Stadium

Derby County agree a deal with sports drink company iPro to rename Pride Park the iPro Stadium.

Derby County's ground Pride Park has been renamed the iPro Stadium after the club agreed a £7m deal with the sports drink company.

iPro is a new brand of sports drink that has signed a 10-year contract with the Rams.

Derby chief executive and president Sam Rush told the club website: "To ensure that Derby County remains as competitive as possible we need to explore all forms of revenue generation.

"Stadium naming rights is a key asset for the club and we are delighted that we have been able to reach an agreement with iPro."

Pride Park, which has a capacity of 33,597, replaced the club's Baseball Ground when it was opened in July 1997.
