Julian Speroni would "love" to stay at Crystal Palace

Julian Speroni insists that he wants to stay at Crystal Palace as he prepares for contract talks at the end of the season.

Crystal Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni has insisted that he wants to stay put at Selhurst Park as rumours surrounding his future continue.

The 34-year-old's contract expires in the summer, but the Premier League outfit is not expected to begin talks over fresh terms until the end of the season.

"I would love to stay at Palace as my family are really settled here, but we will have to see how the talks go," The Express quotes Speroni as saying.

The goalkeeper's current situation is said to have attracted interest from clubs in Turkey, Portugal and the Netherlands.
