Ramires keen to end Manchester City's unbeaten home record

Chelsea midfielder Ramires believes that his side have the potential to end Manchester City's 100% home record on Monday night.

Chelsea midfielder Ramires believes that his side have the potential to end Manchester City's 100% home record on Monday night.

City have won all 11 of their Premier League matches at the Eithad Stadium this season, but Ramires reckons that the Blues can do the double over the title favourites, having beaten them 2-1 at Stamford Bridge in October.

"We all know that it's going to be a difficult game, but we beat them at home, even if that was also a tough match," he told reporters.

"We hope we can win on Monday because if we want to win the title it will be very important.

"Despite the fact it will be difficult, a victory there would be very sweet and we are going to give our very best."

City have won their last four home league games against Chelsea.
