Chelsea will have to shell out £12m per year to secure Jose Mourinho's return to Stamford Bridge, according to reports.
The Portuguese coach's future at the Bernabeu has come under scrutiny this season, as reports of a number of bust-ups with Real Madrid stars surfaced in the media.
Mourinho has made no secret of his desire to one day coach in the Premier League again and, according to The Mirror, he has set the price for his return.
However, the deal is believed to rest on whether the Blues qualify for the Champions League.
Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with a move for the 50-year-old, who has a £10m-per-year salary with Los Blancos.
