Andre Schurrle: 'Chelsea are not underdogs in Champions League'

Andre Schurrle believes that Chelsea should not be considered as the underdogs in the Champions League.

Andre Schurrle has claimed that Chelsea should not be considered underdogs to win the Champions League this season.

The German scored the first goal as Chelsea booked their spot in the semi-finals of the competition with a 2-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, and he insists that Jose Mourinho's side are capable of knocking out Bayern Munich, Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid.

"I don't think we're the underdogs," Schurrle told reporters. "We can win against every team. We will manage no matter who we get.

"There's something in this team, it's hard to describe, but it's amazing. I've never played in a team like that before.

"I came here to be involved in games like this and to be with a team who have what it takes to go through."

Chelsea will find out who they play in the semi-finals on Friday.
