Championship club Brighton & Hove Albion have revealed that they have fulfilled the Financial Fair Play criteria in their most recent accounts.
All clubs had to notify the Football League of their financial outcome for the 2013-14 season by yesterday, and Brighton were happy to report on their website that they had complied with the rules.
"While this won't come as a big surprise to our supporters, we are pleased to confirm that we have complied with the League's current FFP regulations," Seagulls chief executive Paul Barber said.
"This means that the club will not face the sanction of a transfer embargo in January 2015."
Clubs are allowed to make losses of up to £8m for last season. Those that exceed the limit are likely to face heavy fines and transfer embargoes.
