Anzhi Makhachkala have reportedly offered to make Victor Valdes the highest-paid goalkeeper in the world.
The big-spending Russians are willing to pay the Barcelona shot-stopper £160,000 a week to join them this summer, according to The Mirror.
Arsenal are also tracking the Spanish international, but it is considered unlikely that they would be able to match Anzhi's wage offer.
