Aaron Ramsey says that Arsenal should take advantage of Yaya Toure's absence for Manchester City when the Gunners host the Premier League champions on Sunday.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey believes that the absence of Yaya Toure from the Manchester City lineup will help the Gunners win against them on Sunday.

The Ivory Coast international midfielder will miss the Premier League clash between the two sides at the Emirates Stadium as he is on 2013 Africa Cup of Nations duty.

"[Our recent record against City] will give us an extra bit of belief," Ramsey told Arsenal's official website.

"We beat them last year at home and with Yaya Toure gone to the Africa Cup of Nations, it is a big loss for them.

"He is a big player for them and so influential, so hopefully we can take full advantage of that and get another good result."

Arsenal are currently sixth in the league table, while City are second.
