Wilson Palacios says that it is up to Stoke boss Tony Pulis to include him in the side after the midfielder declares himself "100%" fit.

Wilson Palacios has admitted that he is ready to return to Stoke City's first team after recovering from a knee injury.

The 27-year-old has had a disruptive start to his career at the Britannia due to injuries, but the midfielder is eager to force his way through to Tony Pulis's side.

"I am 100% and at the manager's disposal, but it is up to Tony Pulis to put me in the team," Sky Sports News quotes Palacios as saying.

"I am happy at Stoke. I came here with a bad injury, but now I'm ready to play. The players at Stoke are very good, so I have to fight for my place."

Palacios has made just seven appearances for the Potters since joining from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer.
