Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in Ajax midfielder Mohammed Kudus.
The Ghana international started only four league games last season, but he still managed to make 16 appearances for Ajax in the Eredivisie.
After struggling for playing time last term, Kudus has set his stall out early for the new campaign, scoring three goals in pre-season before finding the net in Ajax's 5-3 defeat to PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch Super Cup.
According to Ghana Web, Kudus's performances have caught the attention of Tottenham, who have been monitoring the 21-year-old over the last six months.
The report indicates that Spurs are weighing up a move for the Ghanian - who has three years left on his contract - although they are in no rush to complete the transfer in the current transfer window.
Tottenham believe that if Kudus's playing time fails to increase in the 2022-23 season then they would be better placed to complete the transfer next summer.
