Fredy Guarin's agent dismisses claims that Tottenham Hotspur are keen to sign the Inter Milan midfielder.

The agent of Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin has insisted that Tottenham Hotspur have not shown an interest in his client.

Premier League outfit Spurs have been linked with the Colombian international over the last few weeks, with some reports claiming that they could lodge a bid with Inter in the summer.

However, Guarin's representative Marcelo Ferreyra has stated that the 26-year-old does not want to leave Inter, even if Spurs were keen on his services.

"These are all lies, neither Fredy nor I are looking for new solutions," Ferreyra told Calciomercato.it. "He wants to improve and win with Inter.

"We know nothing about Tottenham's interest and I think there is nothing. I'm not talking with any clubs because Fredy wants to stay at Inter."

Guarin joined Inter from Portuguese side Porto in 2012.
